Stormwater Management
Floating treatment wetlands are an innovative new approach to improving the water quality performance of stormwater ponds. The technology has a demonstrated ability to removal nutrients such as phosphorous and nitrogen as well as TSS (total suspended solids) and metals. Floating treatment wetlands are suitable for both existing and newly constructed ponds. They can reduce the severity of water quality issues - such as algae blooms and odour without the use of harmful chemicals.
